O seu principal objetivo \u00e9 promover a reciclagem das embalagens atrav\u00e9s da devolu\u00e7\u00e3o para sua futura valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p><p>O sistema de dep\u00f3sito e reembolso \u00e9 um sistema em que o consumidor paga um valor no momento da aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de uma embalagem e o recebe de volta quando devolve a mesma num ponto de recolha. O valor proposto para esta taxa \u00e9 de 10 c\u00eantimos, no entanto ainda n\u00e3o est\u00e1 definido.<\/p><p>A SDR Portugal \u00e9 a entidade gestora respons\u00e1vel pelo Sistema de Dep\u00f3sito e Devolu\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p><p><u>Todos os estabelecimentos de com\u00e9rcio a retalho que comercializem embalagens anteriormente referidas, devem registar-se na SDR Portugal por forma a cumprir as suas obriga\u00e7\u00f5es ambientais e legais. <\/u><\/p><p>Os estabelecimentos de com\u00e9rcio a retalho com mais de 50 m<sup>2<\/sup> t\u00eam de se registar como pontos de recolha, podendo ser celebrados acordos de recolha de embalagens para outro tipo de entidades (por exemplo setor HORECA).<\/p><p>Estes pontos de recolha podem ser manuais (recolha manual no balc\u00e3o) ou autom\u00e1ticos (m\u00e1quinas SDR) e todos devem aceitar as embalagens abrangidas pelo SDR, independentemente do local onde foram adquiridas ou onde o dep\u00f3sito foi pago.<\/p><p>\u00c9 obrigat\u00f3rio garantir ao consumidor o reembolso integral do valor do dep\u00f3sito pago.<\/p><p>Existir\u00e3o igualmente pontos de recolha pr\u00f3prios da SDR Portugal para servir o canal HORECA ou refor\u00e7ar as demais redes existentes.<\/p><p>Os estabelecimentos de com\u00e9rcio a retalho devem assegurar que o valor do dep\u00f3sito est\u00e1 claramente discriminado na tabela de pre\u00e7os e no tal\u00e3o ou fatura de compra, sendo apresentado como um montante distinto do pre\u00e7o do produto.<\/p><p>Os pontos de recolha devem dispor de espa\u00e7os adequados para o armazenamento tempor\u00e1rio das embalagens devolvidas e devem definir, em articula\u00e7\u00e3o com a SDR Portugal, a metodologia e a frequ\u00eancia da recolha.<\/p><p>Para mais informa\u00e7\u00f5es, consulte a informa\u00e7\u00e3o da SDR Portugal e respetivo manual.<\/p><p><strong>SDR Portugal: <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/sdrportugal.pt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/sdrportugal.pt\/<\/a><\/p><p><strong>SDR \u2013 Manual do Ponto de Recolha:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.acib.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Manual_do_PdR_26set2025_v0.6-PT.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/bit.ly\/48Upveo<\/a>\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>O Sistema de Dep\u00f3sito e Reembolso (SDR) contempla todas as embalagens de pl\u00e1stico PET, latas de alum\u00ednio ou a\u00e7o, com volumes at\u00e9 3 litros e entrar\u00e1 em vigor em abril de 2026. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":7,"featured_media":10628,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[6,1],"tags":[14],"class_list":["post-10627","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-noticias","category-uncategorized","tag-noticias"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.1.1 -
